Beware! Not Ethical! I was told to come in at least 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which I did and no one was there. So, I waited for 15 minutes, standing outside the office. When my name was called, they wanted to do x-rays right away; but I told them I did not need x-ray's because the only problem was that my new veneer had popped off.
