AWFUL. The owner quoted me $3000 for a boat cover, which he never measured for or ever even saw the boat for which he was quoting a price for. When I realized he quoted me with no knowledge of my boat, I expressed concern. He offered to give me my money back. I said yes.....and THEN he told me he would be keeping hundreds of dollars, he mocked me, told me to take him to court, etc., I contacted YELP, BBB, posted reviews on his facebook page and only THEN did he issue a refund which was received another week later.
