I have had nothing but an incredible experience with the A1 team. They have taken care of not only my dogs but many of my families as well. They have always loved our animals like their own. They are flexible and easy to work with. Tilly rocks. Will always use A1 for our pups.
Writing this because I see that other people are also sharing their bad experiences here and thought I’d share mine. I took my dog Max (yellow lab) there a while ago because my family was going out of town for a week. When we dropped him off we gave them very specific instructions on how to feed him along with multiple bags with different labels on them.
