I can’t say enough good things about the service! I called, and they had me bring my truck in the day after. I thought it was going to hang out there for a few days, because that’s what I was used to with other shops. I dropped my truck off at 9, and by noon they were calling me with information and some estimates based on how messed up my brakes might be. I had my truck back by five pm! This place is wonderful! My Nissan kept breaking down and I had fear that I was going to have to get another vehicle. After A-1 worked on it, they fixed all the issues! My truck is a safe truck to drive again and their skill prevented me from needing to buy another vehicle. I love my truck, so I am happy to continue to drive it. Honest, friendly, and easy!
We've gone to A-1 since we moved to Portland in 2018. Brian is so knowledgeable and fair. The work is top notch and we absolutely trust A-1. Even though we've moved out to Beaverton, we still drive across town to have our cars serviced because they're just that good!
Lemonade from lemons! My DEQ test failed because there was no power going to the OBD port, so I took a chance and headed to A-1 Automotive based on the State's DEQ Too vendor list. This random encounter has made me a customer. I didn't have an appointment, but they were nice enough to confirm and fix the problem.
