I see that on the surface they have a pretty good rating, but underneath this they are hiding something nefarious. I’ve always taken my vehicles here and given them a lot of money over the years. It's so nice to have a mechanic you can trust. Been coming to Bill and the folks at A-1 for six or seven years, for various service on two different vehicles. Always professional, quick and timely and good communication. I never feel like I'm paying for something that I don't need, and I trust the work they do. They're fast, knowledgeable, and stand by their work, and the price is always reasonable. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic in Fort Wayne.
Bill & the crew are a class act. I wouldn't trust anyone else in the valley to diagnose my vehicles. Always honest.... Always fair & they understand (more than any other shop) how much car repairs can weigh a budget down. I always appreciate thier attitude & willingness to not only help thier customers but also how they empathize with them. They're the only shop I use, when I need help outside my scope or skills.
