Be aware if you put your information into their website, you will be bombarded by calls and messages from numerous transport companies. Expect 25+ calls directly after requesting a quote. The ones that contact you first seem to be the shadiest. The man who I talked to from "expedited auto transport" called me a f*ggot when I probed for more information about the company. A1 needs to be more clear that if you give your information, it will be shared with many other companies, some of them not very trustworthy.

We used A1 to have our car shipped from Florida to California and it only took 6 days. First experience ever shipping a vehicle. It arrived in the exact condition it was pickup up in. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others!

SCAM ALERT. once you enter your information you will be sent non stop text messages and get non stop phone calls. I cannot even use my phone right now since its just calls and text messages non stop. there is no way to turn off the notifications. when you call and ask to be removed they just hang up anyone who contacts me through this call list will not get my business

I filled out an online form to get a quote and got the quote. I then received a phone call from A1A, and said politely that I was no longer interested and thanked them for their time. The sales rep started yelling at me "WHY NOT, YOU JUST FILLED OUT A FORM ONLINE?" and it was quite alarming so I immediately hung up. The sales rep then texted "**** you" to my cell phone. I would not recommend this company.

This was my second time working with A-1 Auto Transport. They had my Toyota 4-Runner shipped at a reasonable rate from Houston to Atlanta. I worked with Eric and he was AWESOME! He was professional and kept me updated during the whole process. Great service, speedy transportation, and a stress-free process. I'll keep coming back to A-1 for every time I need auto transport!

Thank you for your assistance. My automobile was being transported from North Carolina to California. I also didn't have a lot of time to spare. They were able to deliver my Mazda 3 in 5 days, with no damage and no issues. In order to meet a deadline, they worked really well with me and I greatly appreciated their collaboration and respect. Highly recommended!

What horrible, horrible, horrible Customer Service. After receiving a quote online, I opted to call the 800 number listed, I informed them that I had some comparative quotes and I wanted to know if the quotes were reasonable and realistic, based on the distance and service they are willing to provide. A1 Auto Transport did an incredible job getting our car from North Carolina to California in a safe and timely manner. I'm not one that typically leaves reviews but the expert care and attention that I received from Nick is needing of one.
