Brian fixed the ECM on my 2012 Jeep grand Cherokee Overland. Battery light came on, so I changed the alternator and put a new battery in and the battery light was still coming on so I went to A1 auto as recommended by Many, Brian Diagnosed and was able to find out that the ECM was bad as is a common problem on these jeeps because the voltage regulator is built into the computer. I read the reviews before going too take my car too get service I trusted my faith in charlies auto shop who sent me their by the end of the morn BRIAN called gave me a quick estimate I said (si ) told me it would be ready the next day ! WOW !! by ten am he called me " your car is ready " I'm very pleased with the service thank you A-1 auto .

First off my apologies when arriving to pick up my car then leaving the shop my car was not fixed, ugh we can't trust anyone even mechanic shops Owner Brian said he has been in business 40 yrs yet he knew nothing about what I told him what was wrong with my car. He would not admit to anything but bypass what I said and told me to take my car back in for a diagnostic test and if it was their fault he would fix he gives his customers 1yr warranty.
