A1 has fair prices on their parts and their time. Edgar has always been upfront with me about what work needs to be done and doesn't do high pressure upselling, which I appreciate Previous reviewers spoke of not getting their cars back in a timely fashion. It's never taken more than a day to get our work done and it's usually quality work as well.
Watch out for this place. I took my car to this place and they gave me their word to have it fixed in a week. The day comes around and I call and they hadn’t even looked at it, and said it would be ready the following Monday. Fast forward over a month later, it’s the same story every time. I call on the date they promised and “it will be just a few more days”, sometimes saying they couldn’t get around to it because of parts arriving late or “other people being in front of me” despite my car sitting on their lot for a month. ... read more
