Great rental car place.
I was in a desperate situation and had to rent a car to get to work. You CANNOT IMAGINE the hoops I had to go through in the last three (3) days to get a reasonable rental car and THE ONLY PLACE that helped me was A1 Auto Rentals in Naugatuck. A real person, Chris, actually answered my call on the first ring and he WAS AMAZING!! He was personable, sympathetic, courteous and knowledgeable and I just can’t say enough about him or the place. Chris was great at first. He gave me POS. Then tries to charge me full price for a car that I had 3 hours. The brakes were bad, the check engine light was on and the car bucked and 00 p over. Can we say rip off
I highly recommend A1 Auto ! Christopher is great and the process is easy ! If u dont care about sporting a newer car , this is the place to go ! So much more affordable than anywhere else !!! Will always use this place , if I need a rental !!!
