Our family has been taking our fleet of vehicles to Rick for years, only shop in town I trust to get the job done right!
Terrible service Rick was paid to inspect the engine and put on new part I gave him. He put new Part on and left it at that. Few days later the same part broke again. Clearly did not inspect anything that he was told to. When I asked him to help he said take him to court! Worst shop in TC! Thanks Rick!
My wife and I visited Traverse City for our Honeymoon, and our car cylinders decided to misfire. Dropped the car off at 11 and had it back by 3! Very affordable, great customer service, and very efficient! If you are in the Traverse City area and need car work done, this is the place.
Rick is a great guy(the owner) They are very honest and do amazing work. We will not take our vehicles any where else.
