Your employee named Alejandro Gutierrez threatened me over Facebook messenger. When I don't even know him. He decided to message me out of the blue calling me "Retarted." And left a open ended threat of "I'll learn ya something." Before blocking me and leaving me to my own devices on what he had meant. Bought car socks, equivalent to tire chains. Returned them 2 days later, unopened and they state no returns on these items due to liability. To their credit they do have a sign on their counter about no returns. My irritation is the guy selling them to me never said one word about no returns. This is poor policy, and ill never return due to the principal. Auto zone on the other took back tire chains no questions asked.

I was in your store a few days ago as I have been on multiple occasions. This time was not good! The fellow behind the counter couldn't comprehend what I needed. I finally gave up and walked out in disgust and went to a competitor to buy what I came here to purchase. All I kept getting was a blank look. Seemed very dull and untrained.

If you are going to A-1 auto parts in Mebane, I would suggest going somewhere else. They have become a company that I don't recognize any more , they were a customer friendly store but now they are far from it! If you purchased a piece of lawn equipment from them and it needs to be serviced , they have closed their shop and will not help you, and do not care! they will tell you that you are dealing with the new A-1 NAPA and that previous business was under the old A-1 ! They still your time and money. More disgusting service i've never seen! Last week my master and i called twice to order detail to my car, i booked it and came from Delray. Lady sold me it and when i returned to my service centre it was a wrong detail for another car(three times we repeat model and year of the car), after that i returned to the store at 4 pm to return it. Michael the manager there is blocking free speech of individuals and not letting them even so much discuss the current events or Coronavirus because it is hurting his friends business. He doesn't care about public safety and should not be in charge of anything. When people start dying here (with a confirmed case already here in county) I will make sure everyone remembers how un-American your business and associates really are! Especially since NAPA is sponsoring everything he does and is pictured above this Nazi run group!
