As reviews have previously stated, Ron is fast, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, he is not capable of providing accurate appraisals in Charlevoix. This is the second bank ordered appraisal that he completed on a home for me that has come in significantly lower than it is. I had a court ordered appraisal done in 11/2025, by a local Charlevoix appraiser.
