I NEVER leave negative reviews for a company unless they truly deserve it. Long story short. I had scheduled an appointment today (2/21/24) for service on a refrigerator between 10am-noon. I waited patiently until 1:30pm due to the tech never showing up or calling to say that he was running behind. Finally, after making contact (I had to call), I asked if he could come by later in the day and he said he was too busy. Very rude and unprofessional
I was impressed with Repairman Andrey did a great job cleaning & putting it back together I was expecting to pay more for the Service but cheaper than anybody else! Definitely will use A1 Repair Service in the Future
