Kregg is awesome, helpful, responsive and timely! We found him to operate with a great deal of integrity and compassion (given our ignorance about all things septic!) While I don't envy the awful things he must see and smell, he does his job very well with distinguishing pride. Even better, he's an ASU graduate that stuck around - we'll gladly recommend A-1 Appalachian Pumping for friends and neighbors needing septic work!
We had two septic tanks pumped recently. I was very impressed with this company. They had a great attitude, were professional, respectful, and easy to deal with.
Very impressed with the level of communication that was provided throughout the inspection process. The inspection report was comprehensive and provided in a timely manner.
I wish I could give zero stars because they do not even deserve one! My septic backed up and I needed it pumped. They told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get to me which was fine. After the 2 weeks they told me it would be another week. I called on a Wednesday and they PROMISED me they would get to me before the end of the week. I called them back multiple times over the next week and left multiple messages. They will not answer the phone or respond to the messages!
