Extremely unprofessional establishment with abysmal customer service. I brought it an antique gold pocket watch and was told that it would only be worth melt price. Upon attempting to explain the provenance of the watch, I was interrupted and told "keep dreaming" if I wanted anything other than melt. Additionally, I was told that I'd be wasting my time seeking out other offers. Dismissive and standoffish staff, could not recommend.

I’ve been to plenty of jewelry shops in my time, but nothing and I mean absolutely nothing could have prepared me for the experience I had here. The store seemed pretty nice with the number of different items. We stopped by today for the first time. Sadly, customer service is just horrible. We didn't get a "hello", "welcome", "do you need any help"?, none of the very normal greetings. You can tell the lady (owner??) was not happy to see us in her store. She was very, very friendly with all of the older white and European ladies in the store, but we obviously didn't look like the ideal customer.
