This company is the worst. They're employees are dismissive to the customers of the businesses they answer for. They absolutely come across as flippant about any concerns that are expressed and pass the buck just as fast as humanly possible just so they don't have to listen to the sound of your voice anymore. Today, their operator asked me what my issue was, I started to tell her and less than a full sentence in she cut me off and said "we're just the answering service, sir." in the driest and most robotic tone.
