James found the issue with out AC unit and went right to work. The coil was frozen over due to debris being in the unit. He set the fan to assist with the melting process and needed to add refrigerant. Once that was done the unit was repaired and it feels even cooler now

We called A-1 to come out and repair our drain line for our hvac that was leaking into our attic. They came out the next day prepared to work to get our system fixed so we could turn our ac back on. Chris and Ray were the service technicians that came out and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They stayed well past dinner time to get our unit fixed. We would definitely have them back out for future repairs. Misty in customer service was very polite and professional. We highly recommend this company.
