When I called the phone number, they scheduled an appointment with me for the next morning. Nobody showed up at the scheduled time. I waited a half hour and I then called to find out if they would be out soon. The same gentleman who scheduled the appointment said I'll be there in 30 minutes which would have made it an hour past the scheduled time. I had a tree and a very large stump that needed to be removed. Got three quotes and although Allen's was not the cheapest, I felt very comfortable that the job would be done right. Allen handed me a copy of his license and insurance from the get go. He scheduled the work for the next day. They showed up when they said that they would and completed the work without rushing and they worked safely.
