Have there service guys or lack of service guys be truthful when talking to customers. Was told was on the way to service my needs only to find out 2 hours later that he decided in his words to do a couple more jobs before coming to me . Needless to say I took his advice and called someone else to do the job. Highly recommend Bufords for your locksmith needs in Tuscaloosa. Bufords was a little higher priced but the guy was honest and truthful.
Shout out to A-1...my girl locked her keys in the car at 9 pm and A-1 came right away and took care of her. From a mama that is 1000 miles away, it was a relief to have someone help her so quickly and at a reasonable cost that didn’t require her to pay cash...bc lets face it, most college kids aren’t going to $60+ cash on them! Thank you again!
They are terrible. Just got told by Matt he is in no hurry because I need him and he's not the one who locked his keys in his car. No Matt my 16 year old did with it running at 6:25am. At 6:25 I was told would have someone out ASAP. At730 I called for a ETA and was told by some guy he was on his way. At 900 am Matt says he's 45 min away. Car's overheated and I just had to bust the window out. I work for the power company. I wonder how long I'd have a job if I told our customers I'm in no hurry, I'm not the one with the power... read more
My wife is eight months pregnant and we ended up getting locked out of our house in the afternoon Alabama heat. They rushed out to our house in no time and were heroes that day!
