Michael and his team are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable.
Made a switch from ARS to A1 Air Control last year. I cannot say enough about how customer oriented Michael has been. He is always on time and explains everything in detail. He NEVER tries to upsell. He finds the issue and resolves the problem. My AC went completely out a few days ago. Michael identified the issue and provided a solution. We have used Bogie and Mike twice in the past 8 years. Anytime you have an AC issue in Houston in the middle of summer, panic sets in. Both times, they came same day we called, were able to assess issue and get it fixed and get AC flowing again in a timely manner. We will not use any other HVAC company and only recommend them. Friendly, affordable and quality service.
