It has been almost a year since having Brad and A-1 completely redo our entire AC/heating system. After their week full of hard work, we spent the past summer the most comfortable we have ever been in our home. Any reviews on this site that aren’t 5 stars are for a differently company that has a similar name. Trust me when I say you cannot go wrong with Brad and A-1 Air
They have been servicing our A-C in Valley Ranch for many years. Always responds quickly when I call - and are able to solve the problem without "waiting for parts." The repair person they have sent out - Jose Tovar - is very professional and has been a life-saver when we've had an issue on a hot Summer day. I have found their billing to be fair & reasonable; we won't be calling anyone else.
Albert went over and beyond to show up on a Friday night! He provided helpful tips to keep our unit running in top shape. He saved us from having to endure this TX heat. Albert is professional and knowledgeable. Thanks, Albert!
I don't trust anyone to work on my HVAC system but Brad. He is an outstanding craftsman in a world of hack contractors.
