Whatever you do do not hire A1 air conditioning or “buddy’s A-1 “ in Baton Rouge. I am a business owner, and a gracious one, but this is the worst service company I’ve ever worked with in history. They had to come out four times within two weeks after the install to do repair work on their own work and even now two years later we are still fixing their mistakes including a pipe leaking carbon monoxide due to a wrong part size in our attic. I won the AC cleaning and tune up by sharing and had my service yesterday. Daniel, the technician was very professional and did an outstanding job. The air blowing from my vents is so much cooler and it’s great to know that my unit is working as it should. Really fast service! This employee named Matt came out and fixed my ac within under an hour. My house felt so much cooler afterwards. Would recommend this service to any one!
They installed my AC unit in my attic and two days later the bathroom ceiling caves in. Who's fault? Mine. Didn't replace evaporator pan when it should have been and not because the installer dumped gallons of water on the bathroom ceiling during installation because he didn't remove water from evaporator pan before trying to remove it.

The service was superior from the first phone call whom I spoke with Heather to Patrick who came to check on our problem. They tried to do the work on a Saturday since we live out of town but came first thing Monday morning. The two installers they sent to install an additional duct for our Condo's upstairs loft were honest and very professional!! They even went above and beyond and helped me seal off another area where air was leaking in from without hesitation. Any LSU parents who need a reliable company-A-1 is the one!!
