Would give zero stars. Seller had a very easy water stopped on a shower. For some reason the inspector didn't make the shower turn on. We have water pouring from the shower on the top floor into the kitchen and all the way down to the basement.
Thorough and organized. We received an electronic copy of the inspection report through email and also a hard copy in a binder.
So I had a home inspection done by Mike Emery who is a licenced home inspector. He failed to do a full inspection even though he was paid for a full home inspection, before purchasing our home in June of 2018.. He did not go up in the Attic of our home and check the bathroom vent to see if was properly vented. Since he did not check this area it lead to mold covering 16 panels of my attic, 4 ft high, and now has lead to a leak in one of those panels.
