I had previously rented a storage unit from another company. After the first three months they raised rent almost monthly to a point where the monthly rent was double from when I first signed up. That’s when I found A-1! VERY affordable and great access. A-1 raised rent ONCE in two years and it was like $15. Highly recommend A-1. You can’t go wrong.
These guys were great when I moved in but that was at least two management companies ago and they are raising prices through the roof of their nice concrete storage units that still let water in under the doors solidifying the dust on the floor into a concrete that had to be removed with a scraper. . I'm leaving as fast as I can manage. But that was not very fast. They are the strongest built units I've ever seen though, and their location at the end of a long dead end does make them feel secure. They will randomly raise your rent price by over $100 and won’t do anything to adjust your rate to their online list price.
