Setup was easy and priced right. She showed how to access the unit and where it was located
The staff was amazing. Great to work with.
Very helpful on site management, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, they keep the place clean, and the onsite people along with the cameras and the security fence and gate, I know my things are in a safe place. The on-site management is without a doubt the best. The only negative thing to me is the rent increase every 8 months. I have rented there now for almost 5 years and haven't had any issues at all.
I have been super satisfied w this company. I was w a competitor for 3 years prior. My rent was 150.00 to start and 3 years later it had increased to 600.00 My dad had been with A-1 for over 20 + years & had probably been increased maybe 100.00 also other places rip you off w late fees. These guys are super friendly; my stuff is safe & I am not being ripped off! I appreciate an honest company & the great people that work there!!!
