Jeff D. and Zack arrived as scheduled and after explaining their procedure, promptly and thoroughly treated our home, inside and outside, for ants.
Matt Phipps completed our initial service for the Alltra program after we noticed some pest activity in our newly purchased home. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous and created a great first impression for the company. Recently, we also received a service by James McKenzie, who did an excellent job as well. Both Matt and James were very patient and answered all of my questions. We are only three treatments into the Alltra program, but I am very impressed with the service from A-1 so far.
