Reserved a uhaul trailer waited in the lobby over two hours and still wasn’t seen. The girl who works here is absolutely slow and terrible at her job!
Tried to rent a U-Haul using the mobile app, and I followed the instructions and located the facility and the reserved vehicle. I spent an hour and 45 minutes back and forth on the phone with U-Haul customer service, only to find out that the keys were not left in the back of the truck like they should have been, and the manager/owner was out of town. My card was charged, but I was unable to rent the reserved vehicle.
