I'm so grateful that we found 9th Street Auto! I own a 14' Subaru Crosstrek that started making noises and struggling to accelerate. We took it to a couple of shops, hoping for an answer - and we got three different ones! Subaru of Bend diagnosed it with a failing transmission at 117k miles. Prior to that, another local shop had said it was the lift kit on it, and prior to that we had been told it was the spark plugs.
