9th East Lofts is the worst apartments I've ever lived in! Do NOT rent here!! Management doesn't do any work at all, and there's currently 4 apartments available. Apartments sit vacant for 6 months to 1 year. They won't do the work to rent the apartments out. No Maintenance. No Manager ever on property. Management also threatens residents with eviction notices often and makes critical mistakes.
