Everything would have been great with my living experience with this place until it was time and my lease was up. I was never late on payments and kept to myself. I attempted to tell them I was not signing a new lease and I was moving. They did not accept my verbal notice and wanted a written 60 day notice. Then even after emailing them the notice they still refused recognize my verbal 54 day notice. Now when your lease has been fill you have 2 options. Sign a new lease or move. I love it. Great customer service and employees were super nice and helpful!!
Definitely a great place to live. The gates are always secure and working. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is well kept and surrounded by bushes that provide privacy. Oh, and the office always smells good and they give THE BEST high fives!
RecommendedAwesome staff they were very friendly and took their time explaining the ins and outs to make moving in a wonderful experience. The complex is really nice and give you that homey feel.
