Lived here for two years under both landlords Cassandra and Krystal. Cassandra was super nice but never really fixed any problems we had. (Parking since people were blocking us in.) Krystal is sweet and a cool landlord but also has her draw backs. It’s mainly the maintenance man she has. The maintenance has really bad anger issues as I’ve had two run ins with him now. I lived at Thrive on 9th for a year and had a wonderful experience. The property manager, Cassandra, was always so kind and helpful. It has been a pleasure living here. If you’re looking for a great first apartment, I would definitely recommend Thrive on 9th. The apartments are clean and the property is very well kept. The environment is safe and very welcoming. Definitely a 10/10!
I came into these apartments a couple of weeks ago, and let me just the customer service from the young lady in the office was very amazing and professional. I think her name was Cassundra. She did informing me that all the units were filled and I could try back at anytime to see if there were any changes. I would love to rent from her in the future. Very knowledgeable about the apartments and was able to answer all my questions accordingly.
