I lived at Thrive on 9th for a year and had a wonderful experience. The property manager, Cassandra, was always so kind and helpful. It has been a pleasure living here. If you’re looking for a great first apartment, I would definitely recommend Thrive on 9th. The apartments are clean and the property is very well kept. The environment is safe and very welcoming. Definitely a 10/10!
I came into these apartments a couple of weeks ago, and let me just the customer service from the young lady in the office was very amazing and professional. I think her name was Cassundra. She did informing me that all the units were filled and I could try back at anytime to see if there were any changes. I would love to rent from her in the future. Very knowledgeable about the apartments and was able to answer all my questions accordingly.
The property is well kept, apartments are immaculate, with new appliances. The property manager made me and my husband feel very welcomed, really nice, and professional. She was very informative and she knew the property and area well. Thanks Cassandra.
The apartments are very clean and well kept …anytime I had a question or an concern management was always there to answer calls or emails ms cassaundra is very nice she listens and if there is any problems she takes care of it she is very nice and kind …thanks cassaundra for all that you do for your thrive 9 family….
