The best part is that your Trainer is Included guiding you through your workout and keeping you motivated. Nutritional support is available to all members. Amazing Workout Spot!
Excellent gym! 30 minutes of intense and fun exercise on your own schedule. The trainers are always there to encourage and push you to get the best workout possible. Chris, the new manager, has been doing an awesome job and he is also the best trainer! Mark, Pauline, and Eddie, they are all fantastic!
This is a really great place to work out particularly if you have a learning disability the trainers are the only people who really understood how I learned I have made progress and the workouts keep me challenged, Thank you 9 Round
I went for my first 9 round session the other day and trainer Alejandro and Mohammed were excellent at guiding my workout and pad holding. Can't wait to return for more
