Great workout! Thank you April. If you want a great all around workout (legs, abs and upper body) in 30 minutes this is the place to be. I left 9Round with wobbly legs lol!
9round winghaven is by far the best intense kickboxing workout that I've done in a loong time! April is also a great trainer. I'll be doing this for a loong time.

I love this gym!! I have a crazy schedule that changes daily so I can never commit to classes. I go when I can and the workouts are different every time. I never get bored with this place :)
This place is perfect for those that struggle with self-motivation. That was me trying to get myself into a normal gym routine. Then I found 9round. The trainers are amazing, and so motivational. They push you to get the best workout possible, and it's designed for all fitness levels-beginners to your hard core gym rats. Before 9round, I talked myself out of going to the gym way too often, now, if I miss a workout, I can't stand it! So glad I joined!! Love it!
