Well first let me begin by saying I went to 9 round a few weeks back after hearing about this great trainer by the name of Alphonsa from some associates. I went with one of my friends to observe because I was little skeptical about joining being that their prices are a little high compared to most other places.Well just like my friend had told me the trainer Alphonsa was amazing I had taken boxing classes before so I could tell he really knew his stuff... the other trainers that were there not so much. I went to train at 9 Round and it was an awesome experience. Our trainer Katie was an excellent motivator and instructor. I could hear her directions clearly and she was respectful. If anyone wants to get into great shape this is a good place to go. Good for beginners and expert level training.
The owner is great, the staff is friendly and the workouts get the job done in 30 minutes. Great place for me at this stage in my life (young child at home). So glad this is nearby!
