Great place although be ready to get a staph infection. Don’t worry, I was informed they clean the gym monthly.
It was boring. I barely broke a sweat. 30 Minutes of workout isn’t enough and the instructor wasn’t very good at interacting. It’s great exercise for beginners but trust me you’ll grow out of it fast. For more advanced people… don’t bother. Physically it’s not challenging. The studio is nice but it wasn’t anything special.
Time efficient, high intensity workout. Super helpful coaches and environment.
Great workout. I love that the workouts vary from day to day and it's all set and planned for you. PLUS, there is no set class start time. Works great for my schedule. Quiet atmosphere, and never too busy.
