I can't say enough about this gym! Joined in 2019. I love they have multiple locations to use. I love that the work outs change daily and there is no class times (you can jump into the rounds within 3 minutes of getting to the gym). Feel good work outs you can complete in 30 minutes! The coaches are there to guide you, ensure you are executing movements properly, and will help push you when asked. That 'push' is definitely something I ask for and NEED! Love this Gym! 30 minute full body workouts. No class times. Trainers included. Owner Bree is amazing.

The owner Bre is one of the rudest gym owners I’ve met. I did a trial work out and seen how mean and rude she was to other members and I was put off! I also noticed the drinking fountain was broken and was so thirsty. Also other people mentioned that the speed bad was broken for 6+ months. No thanks taking my business elsewhere
