Best workout I’ve had after trying LOTS of workouts. It’s not only time efficient, but also empowering - especially as a woman! Trainers are motivating, give modifications based on your level & you can go WHENEVER you want. I could not recommend 9R enough! Love this place and this team forever!
I’ve been coming to 9round for almost 5 years and I have never been happier with a gym! Not only are the staff knowledgeable, positive, encouraging, but so are the members. This gym is a great community for people that want to work out and have fun! Anyone and everyone is welcome- regardless of age or athletic ability or workout experience. Come in for a free workout with a trainer and you won’t regret it!
