I love this gym so much I commute from the city. “But aren’t there 9Rounds in the city?” Yes, and I’m sure they’re good - but the people are what set this location apart. Louisa and her trainers could not be more supportive or more delightful. In the two months I’ve been coming I feel stronger, more capable, and excited for the next steps on my journey. Can’t recommend this location enough.
I joined 9R Northbrook almost 2 years ago and it was the best decision! I get a cardio and weight resistance workout in 30 minutes. The owner Louisa is wonderful!
9 Round Norhtbrook has the best trainers, and in 30 minutes you get a great all-body workout. Plus, all the punching and kicking is such an empowering stress reliever! I actually look forward to my workouts at 9 Round!
Seriously the best. Checks all my boxes and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!
I have found my fitness routine at 9 Round and it is all thanks to the community that the owner and main trainer, Louisa, has created. She is supportive, tough, and relatable. Being a part of this community has changed my life for the better. This location is clean, well-run, and supported by a great staff of trainers.
