I've never dealt with such an unprofessional business. The owner, Keith Surroz, has absolutely no integrity. After cancelling my month to month contract, I was subsequently charged month after month. I disputed the charges that hit my bank account, and repeatedly tried contacting 9Round. Keith avoided me like the plague. The workouts were awesome! Except when you need to cancel your account it is like pulling teeth! It has been about 3 months I have been trying to cancel and keep getting charged. I moved in October. I tried calling and leaving voicemails, texting and emailing the owner. But have received no responses until December. I provided all the information needed to show I moved and was told my account was cancelled. The next month I was charged again. I am FURIOUS! The workouts are great but if you ever want to cancel your membership, you have to pay 1/3 of the money still owed. This is fair, but when the owner says he will cancel your membership, dont believe him. He will ignore your calls and your texts.
