I want to be very clear. The only reason this is not 1 star is the staff and the actual workout were great. This company has a policy just like all other major gyms. You have to cancel in writing. My card was stolen, and on top of a move to another state, I managed to forget the cancelation policy. I had not attended 9Round in months all while still paying for the membership up to the point my card was stolen. They did not work with me at all, sent a 60-dollar membership fee to collections the same week I am waiting to hear ... read more
Great experience. I tried and loved it. It’s an amazing workout and the confidence and technique’s are amazing to learn. Trainers are amazing and really committed to helping in learning the proper ways to perform. I definitely recommend.

9 Round Orem is the absolute best place! I’ve been a member for over a year and loved every minute of it. The trainers are literally the BEST and it’s so nice having a new workout every day already planned! I highly recommend 9 Round to anyone looking for a supportive staff that makes the whole experience awesome and every workout killer.
Fantastic! They put you through your paces, in short intense work outs and learning to kick box is simply awesome ^^. The best thing is that the trainers are always willing to help out or answer questions, it's not a meat market nor an intimidating macho or get out place. Everyone is going at their own pace but always pushing hard, and focused on their own work outs.
