I’m a member at 9 Round in Vancouver, BC and I reached out to this location when I knew my family would be travelling to Ontario. The folks here really went above and beyond for my family to help us keep training. Communication was fast and thorough, and details were ironed out so smoothly. Once we got there, Val, Jonathan and Mike gave us workouts that had us sweating and having a blast. Really an amazing experience. We’ll see you next year for sure!
This is a fantastic gym! The staff are friendly, helpful and motivating - they create a positive atmosphere for working out and improving your fitness level. Overall the gym is very well maintained, clean and the equipment is in excellent condition. I like the 24/7 access so I can work out individually on my schedule as well as have the option to work with a trainer.

I started coming here about a year ago and I completely fell in love with it. The trainers are so supportive and genuinely care about helping you grow. I also love how the workouts change every day because it keeps things exciting and challenging. Finally, I love the sense of community; everyone knows each other and it feels like a second home. I love it here so much that I even ended up working here!
