I just joined recently and I have to say the trainers are amazing! They are friendly, motivating and they know what they are doing. They will correct your form, and change the exercise if you are unable to do it. Russell, Matthew, Mike, and Marcel are all great!
The trainers at this gym are fantastic!😊 They are caring and professional, making every workout enjoyable. It's not just about exercising; it's about having fun while building strength and improving health.
9 Round Burlington is by far one of the best gyms and best workouts I’ve ever done! 30 minutes full body workout with some of the best trainers, Kate, Abdullah, Russell! I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape!
