I just got a call from a debt collector because of a membership here that I cancelled over a year ago. This place is claiming I signed a contract for who knows how long. I literally never went after the first trial session and have yet to ever set foot in another 9Round location. DO NOT GO HERE! Or apparently you’ll owe hundreds of dollars for literally nothing!

I can only restate what so many other people have said. This franchise fraudulently charges you after you've cancelled your membership. In my case they said they didn't have my cancellation document. It was completed and provided to them. And then when I stopped payment on my card because I had cancelled they inflated what was "owed" to more than double the price and told me the only way out of collections was if I paid the original monthly membership. Would leave less than 1 star if I could.

Unfortunately, this place is a complete disappointment. You can never get rid of these people. Look, I am attaching the cancellation form that I filled in to the photos. Even though I filled out the cancellation form on July 27, they still continue to withdraw $200 from my account. I will not even accept a refund because this is not the first time they have done this. Believe me, even a marketing company would not put you through this much trouble. I have never seen a place where you can be ripped off this much in my life. This company, which withdrew money from me and my husband for 5 months despite me stating that I wanted to cancel my membership, continues to withdraw money from my account despite us going there and filling out the cancellation form. I am glad I took a photo while filling out the cancellation form. The dates are set and I can't wait to meet with my lawyer. You can't continue to steal my money. I will hold you accountable through legal means!

9Round is amazing. I can always count on the trainers to have the same high energy and I always get an amazing workout in such a short time. They keep me motivated to keep coming in because I always know I will leave with a smile and a killer workout. I've seen those of all workout stages here and the trainers make you feel so good. No judgement just keep coming back and kicking butt!
