More focused on money than customer experience, BEWARE! Once my 6 month membership was up, I called and asked about the cancellation process, the employee said a digital form would be sent to my email…I waited and never received. I emailed and was told I had to come in and digital forms were not even part of the process. This ended up pushing me into the next billing cycle.
