I want to die after my first work out but its my new happy spot
I highly recommend this gym. It is a dynamic workout for strength and conditioning in a welcoming environment. Will is an excellent trainer. I really look forward to the work outs.
Possibly the best gym environment around. I trained in martial arts for years, now being a mom. The no class times, my daughter is welcome in and she sits on the side and watches me work out. I've had nothing but positive support, makes me feel like I'm part of the 9 round family. I wont go and train anywhere else. Not to mention I've lost 45lbs. I'm very happy with 9 round and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
