Amazing trainer who pushes you to do your best.
I started working out again after a long break, and this is my first time training at a kick boxing inspired gym. I have tried many different gyms in the past and struggled with consistency, eventually stipping altogether. But this place has worked well for me. Talia has been an amazing trainer, she always helps with the workouts and makes you feel comfortable, no matter your level. Good place to get a good work out in and burn some steam off. The coaches are awesome as well
Overdue review. Been going here for almost a year now. I love the kickboxing inspired workout - I simply can't be consistent at a "regular" gym. Here at 9Round I do the 30m high intensity routine 2 or 3 times per week consistently and happily. If you want to get in shape but can't commit to regular gym, I'd recommend giving this a try. It's done wonders for me.
This is fantastic place to get in a quick workout. Talia is an awesome instructor. You can even get the 24 hour access. There are monitors at each round showing you what to do. They have a heart monitor on and a TV that displays are great you are doing. I highly recommend this gym!
