Great place to work out, feels like a second home! The owner and the trainers are super friendly and will push you to achieve your goals! I don't like traditional gyms, I don't want an expensive personal trainer with limited schedule, I found this place to be the perfect solution. Come when you have time, get personal attention and motivation, and feel your body getting in shape quickly! Plus you get to punch and kick stuff 😂👊👊 If youre reading this it means you're interested, so stop thinking and try it out 😉
Amazing team. And the workout great. Every day they have different routine and they are always there next to you as a support and couching your workout.
Took a chance, tried it and fell in love!!! TOTALLY HOOKED!!!! The workouts are tough, but one thing that definitely keeps me going back is the AMAZING Coaches..They all are professional and are held at a high level of accountability with regards to their treatment of their members, by Management (Ms. Liz).
