The trainers and workouts are amazing! I am someone who needs to have someone watching me to make sure I am pushing myself and that is what the trainers do! They get to know you and change up workouts based on how you are doing / the goals you have in place! It is the one thing I look forward to every day and is a great outlet to get all your stress out from the day!

I love 9 rounds! You get an awesome workout in just 30 minutes! If you want an amazing workout that will leave your arms and legs shaking, make sure to see Colin! He never disappoints!

I love this place!!!! It feels like I am getting personal training every session. I like the fact that is not a class schedule, making it convenient with your availability. When you walk in, they call you by your name! Shout out and special thanks to Shamnese “Mesey”, she is an amazing trainer, always accommodating to special workouts due to my prior body injuries, making sure I still get an amazing 30 min full body workout! Workout is unique and convenient for a quick workout but customer service for account management is horrible. Good customer service would increase to a 4 star and a more reasonable rate for what you get compared to what else is available. Ownership is the issue, as usual. Employees are nice and friendly.
