9 Round is a great way to get in shape, build endurance, and have a great workout. I love that you have a coach or trainer with you every day. Trust me, I need someone to push me sometimes, well, most of the time. They have a good group of trainers. The first time you go there, it's free, to see if it is for you or not!
I love the variety of workouts to where you get strength and aerobic coverage during the workout. Also, I have shoulder problems and I have recently returned to my workouts and the trainers direct me in other areas to where I can still get a productive training time without aggravating my shoulders.
I like the attention the trainers personally provide to help with the routines and keep me motivated. This is one of the main reasons I joined and it's paying off!! In just a few short months I feel much better both physically & mentally. Without them I'd still be sitting on the sidelines.
Absolutely love 9Round Gaffney! The workouts, the trainers, the atmosphere, everything!
