I had the pleasure of visiting this location three times during a recent visit to Indy. The first time my HRM didn't register since I wasn't added to the club. I had to figure out the issue with my local club after the visit and they told me what had to be done. Guess Greenwood doesn't get 9Round visitors and that workout didn't count, lol. The facility does not teach safe form, not even how to hold the fist/wrist. I haven't been there in 3 months, and my wrist STILL pops or cracks randomly from just almost "jamming" my wrist one day. This place is not for beginners. I will say, some of the trainers are great and know exactly what they are talking about, but you have to take the initiative to ask. They do not direct proper form. My favorite gym of all time. Even when I am not in the correct mental space to workout I get in here and get my best workouts ever. The owner and staff are great people. This is a very clean and top notch facility.
