I was looking forward to my 6-week challenge at 9Round but was not getting consistent information about next steps from staff. I also had two appointments scheduled with different staff members and got stood up both times. After the first one, I heard back a couple of days later with a reasonable explanation. I love Kickboxing. Great staff fun work outs.
Great workouts and the coaches are awesome! I have been coming here for a few years now. The coaches are great about working with any restrictions you have to prevent further injury, but still get you a solid workout.
Absolutely love this place and the workouts are hardcore but definitely fun & get results. The coaches are awesome and very motivational.
I love this place!! Works for me in between jobs, great trainers, little pricey but worth it!
