Never done anything like this before. 30 mins flew by! Really enjoyed it and Juan was so helpful and encouraging!
Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great experience with a 30-minute workout that was challenging and awesome.
I just did my first workout and so far let me just say it was alot of fun and I definitely felt like it was a great workout of my whole body.

I have been going to 9Round in West Boynton for a couple of years. Juan and his team of trainers are awesome. Very dedicated and motivate you to push yourself. The workouts change daily and you get a great sweat and are done in 30 minutes. I hadn’t worked out for years and now I go to 9Round 5-6 days weekly and have gotten myself back into shape due to 9Round. Do yourself a favor and go see Juan and get started. You will be happy you did.
