Always enjoyed my workouts here. The environment is very welcoming with coaches and other trainers. Dont need to be intimated. Love the 1 on 1. Only thing is that coaches have their own way of doing things so had different techniques I was shown. Every workout was different and liked to see my workout summary at the end. Would join again if I move back to this area.

Decided to start focusing on a mix between boxing and HIT or CrossFit rather than having to choose between the two or join two separate gyms. I have been completely satisfied with the experience so far. My main reason for reviewing, however, is to comment on how incredible it has been working with Tyrone "Zilla". He brings a bit more toughness like you find at a regular East Coast boxing gym like I grew up with. As long as he is around, I will keep going to this gym.
